Terms of Service

1. Engagement Scope

ZMPLabs provides custom, local-first artificial intelligence installation, workflow threat audits, and sovereign infrastructure consulting. Services are delivered under written service level agreements (SLAs), Letter of Intent (LOI) pilot agreements, or customized deployment contracts.

2. Intellectual Property & Data Ownership

All client data, trade secrets, source files, and locally generated outputs remain 100% the property of the client. ZMPLabs claims no ownership, licensing rights, or access rights to data processed within client-owned local AI environments.

3. Air-Gapped Software SLA

Our 48-hour installation SLA and guided setup calls configure containerized open-weight models on hardware supplied or approved by the client. Client acknowledges that maintaining physical and network isolation of on-premise hardware is key to maintaining an air-gapped posture.

4. Limitation of Liability

ZMPLabs provides software installation, architectural guidance, and governance documentation. While local AI mitigates third-party cloud data exposures, client remains responsible for final internal review of AI-assisted outputs and overall compliance adherence.

5. Governing Law
