Data Sovereignty Standard
Last Updated: September 2026
At ZMPLabs, privacy is engineered into our architecture rather than governed by mere promises. Our deployments operate strictly on local, air-gapped, or containerized hardware environment parameters. We do not collect, transmit, record, or store any prompts, documents, Protected Health Information (PHI), or client discovery files processed through local AI installations.
When you interact with zmplabs.com, request an assessment, or submit a fellowship application, information is routed directly to our secure, sovereign email protocol. We do not sell, rent, or trade contact information to third-party data brokers or marketing services.
Unlike standard commercial websites that run invasive tracking pixels or cross-site tracking scripts, ZMPLabs maintains a zero-metadata posture. All processing occurs on-device, preventing third-party access or model training on private data.
Our zero-cloud exposure framework is explicitly structured to support compliance under HIPAA Security Standards, SEC Regulation S-P, and ABA Model Rule 1.6 regarding client confidentiality.
